How long does Role Reset™ take? +
The workshop is just two hours: enough to clarify your new role and commit to it. Many CEOs say they’ve made more progress here than in the last three years. How can we do it so quickly? We’ve refined this process with some of the world’s top CEOs to its simplest form.
Who is Role Reset™ for? +
Any CEO who wants to update their role because of a change in company stage, like a funding round or growth spurt, or a change in motivation. It lands best if you run a VC-backed company with revenues and signs of product-market fit, you have at least 15 in the team (Series A to C is the sweet spot), and you’re positive, decisive and able to be vulnerable.
How much does the replay cost? +
Nothing. The live workshop ran free for CEOs of VC-backed companies with some traction, and the replay is free too. Role Reset™ is normally reserved for my CEO clients.
Does it really work? +
Yes. I’ve created over 60 CEO workshops over the last five years, and this one is among the highest rated. CEOs with teams from 15 to 500 scored it 9.7 out of 10, with a minimum of a 9. Bear in mind CEOs tend to be highly skeptical.
When did the workshop run? +

I don’t want the ideas in this workshop to gather dust. I came to this realisation during a recent paternity leave, and decided to run it free to help other CEOs take charge of their role and enjoy themselves more.
